Five parcels are being offered separately and in any combination.  This will be a live, multi-parcel auction held at the property on September 28th at 10 AM.  We will offer each parcel separately, then offer it up for combinations.  Everyone will have a chance to continue bidding until they are satisfied with their final bid.  This format is a little bit unique if you haven't experienced it before.  We are here to help, and would love to take time to answer any questions about the property and how the auction will be conducted.  We will have a full staff to assist the day of the auction, so just relax, and get ready to have fun!  Please allow 2-3 hours for entirety of the auction.  Restrooms and refreshments will be available.  Thanks, we hope to see you there!
